MAIL
MBS Corp. dba Drop and Go is a third party handler only. We will ensure delivery of any mailed items to USPS / Fed Ex. Inasmuch, USPS / Fed Ex reserves the right to return, hold, confiscate, destroy, and prosecute items they deem hazardous, illegal, or prohibited in accordance to United States Law. For more information or questions on what they will deem prohibited, hazardous, or illegal, go to www.usps.com or www.fedex.com or ask a MBS Corp. dba Drop and Go representative during business hours.

Overweight, Oversized, and/or Odd-shaped item(s) will be charged additional packaging and handling fees in addition to postage.

Insurance Coverage and Next Day delivery can be purchased AND will only be done during MBS Corp. dba Drop and Go hours of operation

HOLD
MBS Corp. dba Drop and Go reserves the sole right to refuse and/or destroy item(s) deemed unstable, illegal, or unsafe for an Airport Environment via TSA recommendation or Law Enforcement demand.

Items can be PAID at Kiosk at time of drop-off OR PAID at the time of pick-up.

ALL items for HOLD can ONLY be picked up during business hours 9:00a – 5:00p Seven days p/ week.

ALL HOLD items will be kept for 45 days before being discarded.

ALL MAIL Items will be SENT within 2 business days and Tracking Information can be sent via EMAIL if provided.

All Fragile MAIL Items will be sent SAFELY in a Box with Proper Padding. (*Additional cost may apply if item weight exceeds weight parameters of customer selection)
